Race Cut Off Point explanation
Due to the nature of the crossing of the A1079 at Arras Hill and in order to minimise the risk to riders,
this junction will only be controlled for a minimum period. Also in order to limit the duration of the road closure of the finish
straight there will be a cut off point at Hill Prime 9 (83 miles). A decision will be taken on the day, but it is envisaged that
around 10 to 15 minutes after the lead rider has passed, riders will be asked to remove their numbers and take a left turn down
to the finish area. Riders pulled out at this point will be given a position as they cross the Prime line that will count towards
to prize list.
